Brand-agnostic support for the existing installed base

For laboratories already running an Agilent, Thermo Fisher, PerkinElmer, Shimadzu or Analytik Jena spectrometer, MAD's Teledyne and Precision Glassblowing ranges serve those instruments regardless of who sold them. Buying a MICAP-OES is not a precondition for being a MAD customer.
