A South African laboratory needing a replacement vessel set, a magnetron or a seal from a US or European supplier faces a realistic timeline — quotation, international freight, customs clearance, import duties, domestic delivery — of two to six weeks. During that window, a production QC laboratory may be unable to release product, a commercial laboratory may breach contracted turnaround times, and a mine laboratory may be unable to support grade control.

Local stock converts a potential six-week outage into a same-day or next-day resolution.

Sample Trials

Run your actual sample before you buy.

CEM maintains three dedicated application laboratories in North Carolina, with an open-factory policy for customer visits. Through MAD Technology, customers can arrange for a sample trial — CEM will run the customer's actual sample and provide method data.
